Louisville is in Ohio, in the Midwest, where summers are warm, winters are cold and snowy, and most errands are done by car; businesses keep steady year-round hours with the usual holiday changes. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Louisville follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

The Stark County Humane Society workers are truly angels sent from the heavens! I went in to do a meet and greet with one of their very scared and timid dogs who had been sheltered buy a wonderful family and volunteer. Not only were the staff members super kind and courteous but they were extremely patient during the meet and greet and it went so well that I was able to bring my four-legged fur baby doggy home that very same day! I came totally unprepared to be bringing me pet home and they made sure that I left with everything I needed and more! They took photos for their adoption page with myself my son and Lily and we all left hugging and crying with tears of joy Humane Society as without them these four-legged Forever Friends would be unsheltered and unloved and uncared for. They truly treat each animal like one of their own thank you to everyone that helped us make this happen

Please please please Take your new addition to THIER vet. Not one listed. We adopted two, they said they HAD kennel cough but that they completed their round of antibiotics. They actually have dog flu which is worse. Now we're $100 deep in antibiotics and since we went to a vet listed and not the humane society vet (even though we were told they weren't taking new clients) we don't get any compensation. Lucky we got them when we did. They are in good hands now. Just advising all who adopt to try and use their vet. Not one they have listed for the free voucher.

I have adopted 2 cats from here so far. I love them so much! They kept my older one in quarantine for an entire month to make sure he was healthy after a respiratory infection. I called every week to ask if he was better and they finally told me to come in and had me fill out the paperwork and sent me on my way. These are good people who care about animals.
